Processing Time

All orders are hand-prepared and packed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally. Delivery times are estimated only and are NOT guaranteed.

• US: 7–15 business days
• Europe: 10–20 business days Other countries may take longer, subject to local postal conditions.

Customs & Import Fees

For orders shipped to the European Union and the United States: All applicable customs duties and import taxes are pre-paid by us. You will NOT be charged any extra customs or tax fees upon delivery.

For all other countries: Buyers are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees imposed by their country. We cannot predict or cover these charges.

Lost / Delayed Packages

Once the package leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer. We will help you track the parcel, but we are not liable for delays, loss, seizure or damage caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events out of our control.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We cannot change addresses after the parcel has been dispatched. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
